Giovani Medina is a comic artist based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Incorporating printmaking techniques into his practice, his works focus on realizing characters through design and storytelling as a way to explore human relationships and the part the play in forming people’s identities.

Currently, alongside attending UC DAAP, he is writing and drawing The Knight and the Squire, a comic set in 17th century France following a knight who lies to his squire after being exiled, focusing on themes of trust, long-term guilt, and the idea of intent over actions.
